A stone fireplace, an iron and a flat-screen TV with satellite channels were available in our SUPERIOR queen room. It's 15 mins walk to the centre. Plus, chatham pier and fish market was relatively near the hotel.

It was worth its 4 stars. I appreciated that we had climate control, ironing facilities and a stone fireplace in the room. Wonderful host running the hotel. Near to the downtown, 15 minutes on foot. Good choice of granola, fruit and yogurt at breakfast.
